I just thought I’d say good morning! Now that that’s done (HA) just wondering what ya’ll are doing this morning? I have a 1/2 an hour to kill before I need to get ready for work at Hobby Lobby :). I think I’ll make myself a cheese omelet. Mr.TKE is still sleeping (wish I was him).

Good morning! It’s really dead at work, so I’ll join. My sweet husband made me eggs this morning. So, I had that and coffee. I’ll have a granola bar as my mid-morning snack.

Soda for breakfast? Really? I’m having water, an apple and a handful of almonds. I’ll do my work out and then maybe have a boiled egg or two. I know, stop yourself from being jealous 😉

@ bakerella oh you sound really healthy! i eat like i do because i’ll be on my feet from 10-7 at work today wearing off my food that i’m about to eat 🙂 and the soda is more in place of coffee for me than anything because it’s too hot right now to make a pot

Today I ate a donut-like Chinese … thing. We call them grease twists. Actually, the fact that they’re fried in grease is the only thing that makes them like a donut, because they’re unsweetened dough.
The epitome of disgusting food, and without even tasting good (they’re good dipped in warm, sweetened soy milk, but we didn’t have time for that today)… gotta go grocery shopping soon!

I was running late this morning (the result of not sleeping well last night and therefore hitting my snooze way to many times). Therefore I had no time to make breakfast and am just drinking a pop to keep me awake at work (I hate coffee so pop is my only caffine option).

I’m on a strict diet, so I had two whole wheat flaxseed waffles with blueberries, a little sugar free syrup, and some pecans (plus white raspberry tea).
No joke, and I’m shedding pounds/toning up like crazy!

I had oatmeal with dried fruit, nuts and some cinnamon. It was delicious 🙂 Oh, and green tea, my go-to morning beverage.

2 hard-boiled eggs (whites only, the yellow part is icky!) and hot cocoa. nom. actually, i haven’t eaten that yet, but its what i’m going to eat as soon as my stomach wakes itself up enough to digest something

after i did dishes so i could make my omelet…it turned out fantastic!
3 eggs w/ coljack cheese 🙂 and a glass of mtn. dew

@thisismeAXiD – I think the soda in the morning thing is something Canadians just don’t even think of. It’s not an “ewww that’s unhealthy thing” it’s just…. Soda? In the morning? With the fizz and the sugar? Weird! LOL! Although in place of coffee I kind of get it, but still, the sugar and the fizz that early is a lot for me. Just my own opinion. However I have a serious guilty pleasure after my birthday of eating leftover chocolate cake for breakfast 🙂 Soooooo good! I’m sure a lot of people would think that’s gross! LOL! Trust me, if I didn’t have 10 days on a beach for the honeymoon coming up I would have had cinnamon toast for breakfast. I’m a sugar fiend!!!
