I would ask the salon where you purchased the dress for some recommendations.
I love Kim Dao alterations in downtown Cincinnati. It's right near the Hamilton library and Garfield Suites. She charged me much less than others for my hem and 5-point French bustle.

The salon where I bought my dress doesn't so alterations, so where should I get them done? Anyone have good recommendations? Just need a hem and the boddice taken in a little because I gots some tiny boobs. :P
