Did you try commenting on the blog/emailing the blog owner to ask where she got the door?
Yup, if you read my original post I already did and the door is original to her home so she doesn't know where it came from.
@regberadaisy: This door is close to the design you posted, its cheap and you can paint it the color you love.
If the door is wood I would assume that someone just preformed door surgery and installed glass in the top two panels.
If you want to go and buy one heres a link to a completely custom door maker.

My dear lovely google queens,
I saw this door on a blog and fell deeply in love with it. I have contacted the author of the blog and unfortunately the door is original to her home. I DO have the color of the door -Yippee!!!
I have searched my usual sites and have not found this door. I'm hoping to find a site that will sell this 6 panel exterior door with the 2 lite panels up top already a part of it. If not, I know I can order it custom.
