Just call and ask her, I wouldn't beat around the bush about it, just be straight forward. Even if she is doing as a gift annon, then she will want to know they sent the request to the wrong address.
I'd either do like TKS said and call MIL, or give her phone # to them to have them call and ask. You obviously didn't sign up, and if she was trying to do it as an anonymous gift, maybe having them call would let her think it was still anonymous :-)

Last month I got a letter thanking me for my donation to a radio station. Its not a scam, I know of the radio station & the letter has my name but my FIL/MIL address. DH said probably someone (family or church member) gifted it in my name & I agreed it could be that. I thought it was a little weird. So today I got another letter this time asking me to pay. I called the radio & they gave me the number of who filled out the form & its my MIL. But now idk what to do... I think she was doing it as a "gift" & anonymously. Maybe she's paying it? Its a monthly pledge type thing. I have no idea what to do :P.
