@lina010:  I totally agree. Men’s bands are usually boring, but the one you picked rocks!

Beautiful ring! I know what you mean about men’s rings tending to be overlooked. I’ll never forget how excited FI looked when I said he was getting a custom wedding band too!

@lina010:  my FI is considering small diamonds in his band, may i ask who the designer is or where you got it?

Gorgeous! I wanted to get FI a fancy band, but he only wanted a plain band

I love it! I’m still trying to figure out what my FI is going to wear. I got him a $10 ring last year, which actually looks ok, but it’s just a band with a yellow gold base, with a silver band around it. He apparently thinks he is going to wear it. I beg to differ for a few reasons. 1. It doesn’t fit well, considering they only do whole sizes. I got him a 10, because he likes to play with his rings and flipped off and lost the sz 11 $250 ring I bought him when we were first dating. (and when you’re 16, that’s significant money….. and it still is. Imagine my irritation) It wouldn’t bug me nearly as much, but he can’t wear it at work for safety reasons so he needs to be able to get it off a little easier.

Plus I’m really picky that our rings at least somewhat seem to go together. I just hate the idea that our rings don’t look like they belong to the same couple.
