What part of Oklahoma?  I may have some leads for Tulsa and area, but anything else is iffy.

A lot of vendors I’ve talked to charge extra for travel. I’m on a super tight budget, so most of what I’m giving you is from research and/or friends I can recommend.

Band: The Zuits (facebook.com/thezuits)

A friend of mine is friends/works with one of the band members and I’ve gone to several of their performances. It’s a very unique swing/jazz/something else group.

Photography: Photographs by Lois (https://www.facebook.com/pages/PHOTOGRAPHS-BY-LOIS/251492607967?fref=ts)

I work with her, and she’s taken a lot of photos for work events. I’ve also seen some of her stuff posted online.

Catering: Peachtree Catering (http://www.peachtreecateringcompany.com/)

She was at a bridal show I attended, and her cupcakes were delicious. I can’t vouch for regular food, but I’m leaning toward using them at least for cupcakes/traditional cake.

I wish I could find a photog for cheapter than $2k!

I have a couple in Tulsa as well, for catering, that we’re looking at, but you may be better off trying to find something closer to you. Sorry I can’t be more of a help, but congrats! 🙂

Check the one I posted above. When I asked her for her going rate, she quoted me a price under $1000. Not sure if that’s the ‘poor co worker discount’, but it’s worth a shot.
