Wow they look amazing. I would ask the photog if he captured the pictures of the items you’re looking for. If he understands their importance to you, he may supply them.

@DeathByDesign:  Gorgeous photos!

I’d ask him point blank about the few photos on the “must have” list that you aren’t seeing.

Maybe they just didn’t turn out that well, but I’d ask sooner rather than later and hopefully he took them and still has them.

Yeah, I would ask him if he has them. It’s possible he forgot, or they got skipped when transferring his files to the hard drive, or something. I would be upset if I were you too though, I’m sorry that happened 🙁

But WOW GIRL your photos are AMAZING. You are breathtaking in that dress, and that cape, and the snow. Seriously looks like a fairytale. Love it.

I would definitely ask him about the missing photos. I can understand how upsetting it must be if you specifically asked for those photos and didn’t get them. This is also a reminder to myself to insist that my photographer get the shots I want. When you put all that work into the details of your wedding, it’s nice to have photos to remember it by since the wedding day flies by so quickly.

All of that aside, the photos you posted are AMAZING…seriously love them. What type of venue was it? It looks like a log cabin? Anyway, I love the rustic look!

I would ask him but as a photographer, I would tell you that sometimes a lot of those shots are literally 3 of the same picture and he probably just cut those out. Did you have a second shooter? A lot of times if a second shooter is not present it’s difficult to get all those pictures. I always suggest that someone has a second shooter, it’s definitely worth the cost!

I understand your dissapointment, but I don’t think you should be “furious” over this.  Your pictures are very nice and sounds like the photography did 99% of his job.  Photographer could of compressed the files a bit, and I am sure took out out of focus, blurry or shots with missed exposures.  I doubt he had pictures of the things you stated and purposely just left them out.

Perhaps a family member took a picture of the items you wanted or you can get a still shot made from your video footage.

Nonetheless you looked beautiful and I’m totally jealous of your setting! And the fact you got to wear boots 😛
