I just want to say, that whatever else happens today, I am happy as a clam. My upstairs neighbors (the ones that have been non-stop noisy beyond belief no matter what we’ve tried), are moving out today! I am so happy I could kiss a frog! But he’s spending the day with his buddy.

That is great news! Noisy neighbours are the pits.
No great news from me (have multiple assignments to do), but it’s sunny outside so that’s nice 🙂

Congrats on getting rid of the terrible neighbor!
Today was tax free day in Massachusetts, and we had a 20% off coupon, so we got a $400 crib/changing table combo for $320!
I also found a twice-used Dutalier glider and ottoman for $125! The lady got it at her shower in January, used it very little, and decided to sell it on CL! So I got it 75-ish percent off!

@Sweet_Tea: my fiancé just got a sweet new job! After lots of education and higher education, we finally both have actual real jobs with adult-sized paychecks and benefits! Super sweet.
Glad you’re getting rid of those neighbors 🙂

@Sweet_Tea: Well, I got a job interview a few days ago….four of em as a matter of fact (recently been bullied at work to the point of harassment! and leaving for a less hostile environment!)…..in the TOP hospital in the area near our family….2 pretty high care areas (my ICU dream job! and cardiac!) soo im super pumped….also FI has a job offer in the same area for double what he makes now plus benefits which he dose not make now!! so were pretty excited! Since his job has also agreed to help with housing and will loan us a large trailer to move with! plus a work pickup for him!

My good news is that my FMIL, who up until very recently was HORRIBLE about the upcoming wedding, offered to pay for the rehearsal dinner at my fiance’s favorite restaurant.
We didn’t think we’d be able to afford his favorite place, so we were looking at other not-so-great restaurants.
And since his mom didn’t even want us to get married in the first place and she’s awful with money and just, well, pretty much everything, we never thought she’d offer to help at all.
But she’s going to cover the rehearsal dinner.
Now we just have to make sure the banquet room is free for that day. lol

@lolot: That’s wonderful!
@BrandNewBride: Dang, you made out like a bandit! Way to go!
@bestbuddies: Glad they finally fit, however it came about LOL
@Mick26: I’ll keep ya in my thoughts, hope you get that house!
@milesandbos: Sunny is always good. And you can always come back whenever you think of something else that’s good.
