Weddingbee boards

So we are doing a 1940s themed wedding and our invitations, website etc. suggest that. So this week we get shipped to our home the coolest unique wedding gift.  It was a collection of 1940s Records!  The card from the couple read we were antique shopping and came across this and thought of your wedding.

I would have never thought to give such a unique gift!  Now I just need a record player to listen to them on our 1 year aniversary! :)

Hey, it would be neat if you could have them played during your reception, while everyone's eating! 

@rlsulli1598- I know we would love to play them at the reception but since wedding is this week we really don't have time to work it in.  Oh well. Maybe we can have a party for our 1yr and play them then! :)

That's a really cute idea!  too bad you won't get to play them at the reception.  But hey, next time you have a party and you are hosting, you'll have plenty of tunes to play.. assuming you have a record player that is!

@Ella1978- I know now I'm on a mission to get a record player! LOL.  The FI and I are bummed we didn't get these sooner because we hired a DJ to play music during dinner and we could have just let the records play instead. And saved some $$.
