@anemone681:  Honestly, I would just go to a place nearby (as a start) that has a lot of selection and try what they have.  I feel like many of us think we know exactly what we want, then wind up going with something completely different!! Go in it with an open mind and some parameters (like, you want a dramatic ballgown) and see what they come out with! If you dont like it, you’re that much smarter about your dress choices! I think getting your heart set on one dress before you try any one is setting yourself up for potential failure.

@anemone681:  gotcha.  remember you can always add a crinoline skirt underneath! Good luck !!! I’m sure you’ll find your dress!!
