I'm wearing a "Goddess Bustier." It holds down everything really well and doesn't have me spilling out...which was my concern. You can find them at most lingerie stores or barenecessities.com. They also have other selections on their site. Also, figleaves.com has great selections on shape wear and bustiers.
Another question from the inexperienced - do you usually have to remove the entire undergarment to use the bathroom? I imagine this makes for long bathroom breaks!
get chicken cutlets to supplement in your bustier.. it works wonders. :)
if it's a bustier, you do not have to remove it for bathroom breaks.

I have little bust or cleavage to speak of, and was wondering if anyone had recommendations for strapless bustiers or bodyshapers that worked well for them.
I do have a little belly pooch to hide. No baby, just a problem area that even the 30 Day Shred can't fix.
I have Spanx (Higher Power?), but the top tends to roll down and take the bra along with it. Yikes!
Thank you!
