You only add an apostrophe before an s if the word is possessive… so for example Moms means more than one mother, whereas Mom’s references something that belongs to Mom, does that make sense? “There are a lot of moms here” versus “This is Mom’s book.” The only other exception is if you’re doing a contraction with the word “is” for the second part.

It might be less awkward to call the sections by their names.  Words that aren’t normally plural look strange when they are.

 

BUT it’s a cute idea, so do what you want!

No apostrophes. Only use them if you’re making a contraction or showing possession.

But its awkward looking so I would likely just title “I do”, “we did”, “siante” and not try topluralize.
