i dont think it matters that ur bfs used the same song.. if you love it u can still use it.. thats just me anyway
Ughhhhh - I'm having the same problem and JUST posted the same question under Music. Good luck!
We're doing "Let's get Married Remix" by Jagged Edge and Run DMC, blast to dance to, kick it old school but the song lyrics make sense too! Super cute!
Which Black Eyed Peas song cause lots would work "Let's get it started" "Boom boom pow" "Rock ya body" or "I gotta feeling"
I also like "Sexy Back" J Timberlake, great dance beat!
"Forever" or "Run It" Chris Brown
"Now that we found love" Heavy D (soul train song at the end of hitch)
If you're going with Frank "Fly me to the moon" is great or "Cheek to Cheek" or even"I won't dance"
Good luck!
Oh my gosh I never thought of Lets get Married by Jagged Edge. That's a possibility. FI isn't into "Forever" by Chris Brown but I'm just so tempted :)
We are way too close to the BF to copy with them on the Black Eyed Peas so that's totally out. Has anyone had any luck with a Michael Buble or Jamie Cullum song? I feel like the intro song really sets the tone for the entire night. I don't want to do something 'typical' I have been unique with every other aspect of the wedding, I'm not about to stop here!
@SLS79: good luck to you, as well! What a pain in the butt this is! lol
If you are big dancers go with... "Evacuate the Dance Floor" by Cascada OR "Fire Burning" (on the dance floor) by Sean Kingston! :)
I'm Your Man - Michael Buble? Its kinda slow though... a happier song would be Everything - Michael Buble.
Good luck!

My wedding is this Saturday and FI and I are having the hardest time picking a song for us to come in to. Our bridal party is coming in to "Dynomite" by Taio Cruz and we're looking for something equally as fun and hip, or a vintage Sinatra-style song to match the theme of the decor. We must decide TONIGHT- suggestions?!
p.s. Our best friends came into Black Eyed Peas so that's out.
