I’m trying to figure out if we should plan an exit from the reception. It ends at a 11 pm and while some of my older family/guests will be gone by then, most of our friends (mid-20s) will stay until the end.
We are planning a last dance, and we intended to just end there, but the more I see pictures of exits, the more I wonder if we’ll regret not having a “moment” to end the night.
Did anyone do an exit at the end of their reception (i.e., didn’t leave before guests)? How did you coordinate it?
I’m torn – I want to party until the reception ends, but I don’t know if that precludes an exit? Will it be silly if half our guests are gone?
