My grandmother has had a series of strokes and while she is doing fairly OK at this point, in the back of my head it kills me to think that she may not be around that much longer. I'm so so so sorry for your loss. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.

Oh gosh I'm so sorry luv. It does suck, we're here if you need to vent.
Thanks girls! They are holding a memorial next weekend for her but because I live far away and it's almost finals I can't just hop a plane and go (plus the whole having no money thing). My dad offered to have it the weekend after Thanksgiving when I'm already down there but I don't want to drag it out and make it harder for my grandpa.
I am so very sorry for your loss, my best goes to you and your family.

My grandma died last night. She had a stroke last Wednesday and was in a coma. Since she had a living will that said no medicine, no machines, no IV or feeding, we knew that she would end up dying soon. Still sucks though.
