Weddingbee boards

First off, I've never been to a bridal show, my mom has advised me not to go because she said it's just too crowded and hard to see anything.  Now, I have all my vendors booked & we are just in the waiting period....waiting for the wedding to get closer to do the 'final' meets with the vendors.  My friend recently got engaged and she asked me to go to this bridal show with her, I said sure.  Has anyone been to a bridal show there?  What should I expect?  What is the dress code?  I just don't want to show up and not be dressed as I should be.
