Let’s be thankful and start a gratitude rant. We are all so blessed in the grand scheme of things. Time to start a gratitude rant. What are you thankful for?
I am thankful for:
The ability to work from home, Darius Rucker, my fiance who I get to marry in 3 months, a new wonderful church and being able to cook dinner tonight 🙂

Peanut butter M&M’s, Butter London Nail Laquer, My Parents, My Husband and my innate ability to make people laugh even when all we want to do is break down & have a power cry in the parking lot of Dairy Queen….

@engleman10513: I was just thinking about this yesterday. I’ve had a crummy few days and I just stopped to think about how lucky I really am.
I am thankful for : Being employed and able to provide for myself, my best friend, my family (especially my mom), and my amazing fiance that loves me even when I am being…me 🙂

- Wedding: August 2013 - Rocky Mountains USA
that both sides of our families and all our friends are SO awesome and supportive and drama-free! It’s making this wedding planning a breeze – well as much as could be expected. Apart from that, offhand:
- my 14 year old Toyota Tacoma that is still rocking hard
- my adorable little house with high wood ceilings and big windows and a giant yard and a very low mortgage payment
- that my FI is starting his new job today and we’ll be about 20 times richer than we ever have before!!!!!!! (We’ve been really really poor, lol)
- that I live somewhere where I don’t have to deal with traffic ever and can be mountain biking in the mountains in 15 minutes
- that my work doesn’t restrict my internet abilities 😉

@Nona99: How could I forget Dairy Queen! haha
@bellaluna290: It’s great to look back and be grateful! 🙂
@lolot: Congrats on your hubby’s new job!
I forgot a few: pino grigio and getting more messages during the day from my fiance than from work 🙂

I’m thankful for my FI’s good bill of health. He was diagnosed with testicular cancer when he was 19 years old and just had his last follow up appointment today; 10 years later. No sign of anything abnormal and has been given a clean bill of health! 🙂

There is so much. I try and take a moment to reflect on how much I do have every day rather than focuses on what I have yet to achieve.
- My FI
- Our furbaby
- Our home
- My family – all seven million of them (or so it feels some days)
- My health
- My success
- Airplanes (I’m terrified of them, but I love to travel)
- Ice cream

I was thinking about that this weekend since FI is gone and I’m left to my own devices… I’m thankful for:
An amazing man who loves me for everything that I am and am not. Truly.
An awesome place to live, and that I don’t have to worry about how I will pay my rent if I lose my job
A Corpse Reviver No2 (cocktail)
Our two beautiful children (dogs) who are my companions through thick and thin
Central AC (its so hotttt)
Awesome friends who know what I need when I don’t
Living a life I never dreamt I could in a city that I only ever imagined calling home

Because it’s Monday and I wasn’t very thankful today I will add more to get me outta my funk…
– Frozen Pizza (really didn’t want to make dinner tonight)
– FI’s new freelance work that will help us pay off debt
– Free Karakoe app we found on our friend’s tv on Saturday night
– My comfy bed
– Our upcoming honeymoon
We are blessed 🙂

Oh so much! My FI, our home, our two amazing puppies, my job that drives me a little crazy, the opportunity for paid study, our health, my best friend who never fails to make me laugh and butterscotch ice cream.

My wonderful family and husband
My amazing friends
The salaries my husband and I are fortunate enough to make
My opportunity to get paid to do my masters
My kind boss who makes working a pleasure
My supervisors who are supportive
My family again
The ability to slowly make head way into paying off our debts
That my husband somehow just knows I’ve had a bad day even when we haven’t spoken all day and shows up after work with a slab of chocolate
That’s just the tip of the iceberg I guess
