I tried this this weekend and loved it, I thought I’d share!
It’s a chocolate pudding recipe. Makes 2 servings (I made 5 times the amount).
– 1 ripe avocado, diced
– 2 tablespoons of unsweetened cocoa powder
– 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
– 1/4 – 1/2 cups of pure maple syrup
– 1/4 cup of water
Just put everything but water in the blender, and gradually add water until you find the good consistency.
It’s yummy. I made it for guests and nobody could guess that there was avocados in there. Kids loved it.
