So I have just gone to a first interview with a reputable company. It was with the corporate recruiting manager. I thought it was a great interview. So great compared to other ones I’ve had in the past. Sometimes interviews can be just them asking generic questions and not conversation. This time, I felt excited leaving the interview. I wouldn’t say I rocked it but it was a natural conversation with me asking about the job, the people and the company AND answering experience questions and why I’m interested.
Now I do feel I could have done something differently, like maybe I should have “advertised” my skills more but not sure. But, would that be recieved as pushy and corny?
I REALLY hope I will be called back in for further interviews!!! But me feeling great about the interview doesn’t mean they like me right? So nervous.
What has been your experience? Have you had a great interview and got another round or not called back?
