Thanks! We are excited! We are first time home buyers, so we are a little nervous.
We couldn't find a rental that would let us keep all 3 pets and paint the Baby's room how we wanted. At least this way we will be making payments on something that is ours. = )

DH and I just got pre-approved for our home loan! We officially get to start looking at houses on Thursday. We are so excited! I hope we find one quickly...I'm really picky and our lease is up in September. haha.
