FranticStamper is great at getting the latest goodies and I hear she has excellent service.
I've bought most of mine at PaperWorksCo (based in Canada); excellent prices & outstanding service! She'll be getting some of the new folders, too.
Oh, and don't forget Spellbinders also has 'Impressabilities' and Tim Holtz will have some new texture plates, too (just announced last week at CHA).
BTW, I'm using Cuttlebug's "Textile" folder with Stardream paper for my friends' wedding invites; it looks sooooo good!!! :)

P.S. Have you tried using paper like Core'dinations (cardstock with 2 different colours on each side) with the Cuttlebug embossing folders? It looks SOOOOOOO stunning to have the secondary colour pop up on the embossed bits!!!
Can you tell I'm a scrapbooker/stamper? *lol*

Do any of you buzzing bees have a great website with good deals on embossing folders? I'm in the market for new folders for my Cuttlebug.
I see the sames ones over and over at Joann's, Michaels or Hobby Lobby. They haven't added to their inventories in quite a while. =(
