Just make sure you get the real greek yogurt (sugar levels should be fairly low and protein much higher. I add frozen fruit into mine or eat it plain... my new favorite is some my SO picked up, but I don't remember the name... ugh.. we use it to make all kinds of dips as well.
And a really good dill/garlic/lime cream for chicken tacos.

I got the big plain yogurt cup to save calories!!! No flavor = so yuck! It was $6 so I didn't want to toss it. So I made up my own recipe to add flavor and it's pretty good!
At the grocery, I was looking for jelly and found one that is sugar-free and has added fiber. The jelly is 10 cals...so put that in there with a smushed banana. YUUUMMMY!
