If you can find a satin shoe you like in white or nude, you couldn’t probably get it dyed green.

Why not take any shoes and make them green for 15$ or less? There is some really good tutorials on here for glitter shoes using modpodge, ultra fine glitter and a brush. Its an idea which may or may not meet your needs. Heres a good tutorial but I would just add a sealant on top http://lauryngallowayblog.com/diy-glitter-heels/
