@CoCoCourtney:  Oh my gosh, this all sounds amazing! Personally, I’d take a good ol’ grill style menu over some fancy menu any day. Absolutely NOTHING wrong with it! Except now I’m incredibly hungry.

@CoCoCourtney:  Sounds awesome! The sweets and popcorn sound PERFECT and I wouldn’t change that! Maybe a few more apps depending on if it is a full cocktail hour like traidtional pigs in a blanket ect. just a few though!

This sounds great! Personally, I love it when the catering is southern cooking/ bbq/ grilling.

@CoCoCourtney:  I like Option number 2 for dinner but I think I would forego some of the sweets and maybe just have cake and smores by the fire later on. If you forego the sweets, perhaps you could give guests more than one option for dinner since everyone doesn’t eat beef. I like all the sauces you added with the steak and I like the potato bar idea, as well. I think your appetizers sound good!

Just curious, why is it called critter sauce? that is the only thing that does not sound appealing to me!

Critter Sauce sounds so gross! I mean I’m sure its good, but EW!!!!

I would add another side option. I think you could benefit from a pasta salad or mac& cheese, etc.

There isn’t anything about your menu that I don’t love!

If you have any vegetarians/vegans coming I would swap the salmon for veggie and tofu kabobs.  If not, looks great!

your menu sounds delish! I’d add a couple more apps for the cocktail hour. Doesn’t have to be anything fancy. maybe a fruit display and another hot app.

That sounds SO good. For the sauces for option 2, I’d definitely do the chimichurri – that’s my favorite sauce ever. LOVE it. and then either steak shot or red wine/shallot. Yum.
