I've seen personalized pub signs, care package with bottles of whiskey, beer, whatever with personalized shot glasses or beer mugs.
Also, anything dealing with their hobbies. The guys don't have to get the same things.
Choose a price point that fits your budget. Take time in choosing a gift that suits the person. You don't have to buy the same gift for every groomsman. You can spend $25 on a set of cufflinks that a white collar groomsman would wear. You can spend $25 on a swiss army knife that a blue collar would use (just examples). Not eveyone uses a beer mug..etc. Give a little thought on the person and what is practical for them.
@Richg8: White collar and blue collar gifts? Wow, reading your other posts really helps explain the reply you gave to one of my threads. In your own words from another thread: "have some class".

Im trying to find gifts for our groomsmen but it seems as if its all the same...watches, flasks, beer mugs...i want something genuine. Any help???!!!
