In today's economy, we know that brides are planning weddings that are more budget friendly. In my opinion, that is actually a good thing for several reasons. First, every dollar spent COUNTS. Brides weigh choices, alternatives, vendors carefully in order to make sure every dollar spent is spent wisely. Second, brides on a budget are creative and that leads to innovation and new ideas.

We'd love to find out your budget for groomsmen gifts so that we can better choose our gift range for the store. Thanks for your time.

around $75 we went with watches from Fossil we plan to personalize them :) Our groomsmen are either family or very close friends so we wanted to do something nice :)

I'm not sure exactly what we're getting the groomsmen yet, but something under $40 each is ideal, the cheaper the better.

for my girls I found an amazing deal on hand-beaded/embroidered clutch bags, 4 for $60, in Chinatown, they look so beautiful.

But we're not sure what to get the groomsmen. We have three, and don't really want to spend more than $100 total for all three of them.

Our max for Bridesmaids and Groomsmen is $50 a person.  I plan on getting several small things for my girls, but I know my FI is planning on getting only 1 or 2 things for his groomsmen.

When I was planning, I found it soooo much easier to do the bridesmaids. The guys were tough! Finding something special and of value for $ 50 was easy for the women.

Has anyone made something special for the guys?

We're going with Swiss knives, which are always handy, and engraved travelling coffee mugs by Zojirushi. It's a great brand and it's something that the guys would probably never buy themselves.
