@Tiffner:  Prepare a few answers for the stupid questions like “what animal would you be and why”. Because someone might steal your answer. Just think of your real answer and a variation if it gets taken. Don’t stress you’ll do fine. Especially if you have already worked for the company. You probably know what the interviewer wants to hear which is a huge advantage.

I used to do these and it was always the person who spoke with confidence and gave full, but succinct, answers. You got this!! 🙂

Are you sure its group as in you and other candidates or there are multiple interviewers.

Be careful to answer every question, but not to talk over someone else. If you need to interject or get heard say “I would like to answer now”

@Tiffner:  Be prepared with a few interview questions yourself.  The only time I was ever invited to a group interview one of the “exercises” was to pair off privately for five minutes, and interview eachother, and then “present” the other person to the panel.
