Can you place a phone order with them and ask for the code to be applied (once you verify the pricing with them)?

It’s pretty typical that businesses only let you redeem one offer.

Yeah, they are very tricky about stuff if you use a discount. I wound up spending 1/3 more than I had planned. Then, later that day after I bought the stuff they changed the price on me. Also, they didn’t make certain products available unless I bought things a certain way. Very frustrating!

@SouthernBee33:  I agree call & see if they can help you! I ordered my invites & RSVP cards from them and had a hell of a time getting them shipped properly so they wouldnt be destroyed

@SouthernBee33:  I’m sure there’s somewhere on the groupon or on the website where you got the sales price that says they’re not to be combined with other offers. It’s situations like these that make me hate working in retail.

@SouthernBee33:  Directly from the groupon website. It took me all of 2 seconds to find this:

Expires Jan 7th, 2014. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as a gift. Limit 1 per order. Online only. Cannot be combined with other offers or partner programs. Must redeem online at http://www.vistaprint.com/groupon-fall2013g2. Must use promotional value in 1 visit. Valid for all Vistaprint items. Shipping and sales tax not included. Merchant is solely responsible to purchasers for the care and quality of the advertised goods and services. See the rules that apply to all deals.”

I understand that it can be frustrating, but you can’t call the company and bitch them out for not giving you both deals, when it’s so clearly laid out that you can’t use them together.

@SouthernBee33:  I didn’t say you said you were going to do that, but I already know there are people who are going to comment saying “call them and complain and they’ll give it to you!!!” I know it’s not you saying you’re going to do that, I just hate that. I can’t even tell you how often I get attitudes thrown my way when people come up to me with a pile of clothes and then yell at me when their coupon won’t work on half of it. It clearly says right there on the coupon in bold print “not valid on clearance or doorbusters” rrraaaahhwwrrr sljdf;lasjfa fj;

This is not aimed at you, this is unrelated frustration. You just have to look at it this way: VistaPrint wouldn’t be able to afford to do all the services they do at the price they do it if they allowed everyone to use every discount they could find. Also, they’re expecting that people will read their coupons (though they really shouldn’t).

@SouthernBee33:  It’s not problem! I understand that it can be stressful, I’m kind of not looking forward to having to plan my wedding… I’m not even technically engaged yet, and I’m already thinking about eloping, haha. BUT, I thought you meant that you were trying to get another coupon code with it… I didn’t realize that they would take off their own sale prices… They shouldn’t do that!
