    So another bee posted about these super cute Christian Lacroix shoes a couple of weeks ago. She was looking at them in a different size, and I think they're an older model because I can't seem to find them everywhere.

    Tonight, they popped up on Ebay in my size... except they're only selling one shoe! (Without the ankle strap, at that.)

    I am so sick of places never carrying my size!

    -End rant- Thanks for listening!

    The offending single shoe:

    What?  Why the heck would anyone buy one shoe?

    I mean, maybe if they only have one leg...but I imagine not many people with one leg wear 4-inch heels...

    ETA: OMG VirginiaMarie.  I think this is like the thirtieth time you've made me crack up today (that says just as much about what a riot you are as how unproductive I've been today, parked in front of my laptop...).

    @Virginia -

    Bah ha! Maybe that'll cure it for me. Thanks. :P

    @VeganGlam -

    I worked a second job at a shoe store last year, and had people scream at me about once a week for not letting them mix and match sizes. Maybe this is for those people? I can't see it ever really working out, though.

    That is really odd! What are the chances a one footed person would 1. wear that size 2. need a heel 3. love them

    The loving them would be easy, but they would also have to wear that size and need a heel. Chances are slim that that seller is going to make any sort of profit with one shoe..

    That'll show 'em!

    Seriously though, I don't understand.

    No kidding. One woman tried to throw a shoe box at me about it!

    So, as long as we're talking shoes, my dream shoes would be these CLs... too bad they're discontinued!

    Did she have two different sized feet or did she want two completely different shoes??

    Those shoes are gorgeous!

    @Bella - she had two different sized feet. I mean, I felt badly for her... but she asked me to "look the other way" while she switched them in the boxes. I had to tell her that they checked sizes at the register anyway, and that really upset her! That's when she went on her rant about how she "shouldn't have to buy two pairs of shoes for her two feet" and blahblahblah - mostly I think she meant to throw the shoe box so that I'd have to clean up all the papers, but it was still aimed at me. I loved the day I quit that job!
