Okay… this lady came to the counter where I work with a really pretty ring on and I’ve never seen one like it. She got away before I could ask the style because I really thought it looked nice and modern/shiny like I like. I’m curious if the description or horrible replica I drew strikes anyone’s memory as to a particular manufacturer??
It was a princess cut center, what looked like thin emerald or baguettes on the side of it (three-stone style) and a few round stones channel set on the sides. It looked like the two side stones were in a “horseshoe” of the setting with the center princess sat down in the center of it – possibly with a surprise diamond in the sides.
I drew a HORRIBLE replica with paint… I’m cracking myself up. I was totally ring-stalking this chick… wish I had asked her before she walked off!!!

Hmmm…it sounds similar to something I’ve seen. I’ll look around.

Teehee I just had to comment on how cute I think this drawing is! I have no idea what make the ring is but it sounds mighty intricate

Similar to that, but the center is princess, side stones are either emerald or baguette and channel sets were round. I remember because it was unusual that all three shapes were used together. That’s what I found so unique about it!
And the trellis setting is close, but it was literally like if you took the center stone out it would look like a skateboard half pipe between the two side stones.

This probably isn’t exactly the same as what you saw as it doesn’t have the “half pipe” setting you mentioned but here’s one that might be similar from Blue Nile:
