Yay for photos...but wow, it seems she's trying to avoid you. It shouldn't be such an inconvenience to get your photos!
@honeybun, Oh i have. I have.
I have a 3-page complaint and I've been going back on forth on how best to handle the sitaution. I"m leaning towards a letter to her, post-receipt of EVERYTHING telling her I have to get this off my heart and then letting her know how "disappointed" i am in everything about her and telling her I hope she can learn from this experience to value her clients more because she'll never get a positive recommendation from me.

That's great that you have the photos. But so unprofessional of her to not be there and not tell you how to get into the subdivision without walking in the freezing cold!

I FINALLY got to pick up the DVDs of my wedding photos. Too bad it took 5 whole months, but I now have them!
The album, not so much. It's been 3 weeks since I sent it in for a proof. "technical difficulties" she says. Mmmhmmm
I was supposed to meet her at her house to pick them up (50 minutes away by the way), but she decided to leave (after she told me she would be there, 100% for sure),and left me a sticky note saying they were in the mailbox. I walked a mile to her house in the cold, too (literally, 35 minute walk), because she failed to tell me the front of the gated subdivision would be open on a Sunday, so I parked around back (thinking I couldn't get in, like last time) and decided to enjoy the fresh, chilly, 50` air. Typical. No album yet, but I do have my photos. Progress!
