That's so wonderful! Now if you can just be patient until it actually comes...hehe. Yeah right! That's really exciting. (:

That would be me!
I'm so excited that sometimes the excitement gets too much as I end up involuntarily doing this little twisty dancey hop thing to express myself, lol.
S decided that he would also like an engagement ring, so we went out to see what was there, as he had no idea was he liked and disliked. It quickly became clear which style he liked, he kept coming back to yellow gold with brushed titanium stripe down the middle. We also found another one he really likes, so we will probably buy both and he can choose which one to use as engagement and which one as wedding band. After the wedding he wants to get his engagement ring turned into a pendant for a chain, I thought that was a cool idea, because the bands are too wide to wear stacked. Also they were only $600 each, which is way under the $2000 we budgeted for his rings.
The ring I picked out, is very similar to the tiffany classic round brilliant solitaire, (just without the massive price tag! We are buying the setting and diamond from a wholesaler in the city.) S said he would like to propose sooner rather than later, but it is going to take us a few months to save up for the diamond for my band, so currently the plan is to buy the setting (and maybe the matching wedding band, because its about $200 cheaper if you buy them together) and to buy a Cubic Zirconia to set in the ring for a few months before having the diamond set in. That was if S wants to he can propose before we have saved all the money for the diamond.
Sorry this is so long, just had to get the excitement out of my system! I don't think I'm going to be waiting too much longer!
