I'd say a cardigan or bolero with a great dress (i mean we're fabulous down here lol)!
Yeah, you can totally dress up - heels, jewelry, heck you could probably even wear a big hat!!
If it were me, i would wear a black and white dress, knee length with fun shoes and a bright cardigan, lots of jewelry (maybe even pearls! well i never)

How about asking the bride for hints? It will make her happy AND it will make you confident about your choice of outfit ;)
I would wear a beautiful dress from say, Ann Taylor or J Crew and some leggings or hose and heels. Also, a beautiful bold colored trench coat to maybe match your shoes would be smashing.
Actually this weekend we're hitting the single digits in GA! Please do check the weather for the highs and lows for next week b/c there hopefully will be some changes.
As I type right now, I'm looking outside and watching my two outdoor doggies running and playing in the SNOW!!! Yea, we've got snow now!

Hey hive,
My cousin is getting married next weekend in Georgia, and I am completely stumped about appropriate attire. What would you wear?
Here are the factors:
-Her family is pretty low-key, but I think they're planning a formal wedding - the invites were very traditional
-Ceremony at a church, reception at a country club
-The ceremony is at 11:30 am
-Georgia weather is fluctuating right now, so the temperature outside will be anywhere from 30s to 50s.
I am so puzzled! An "evening" dress is inappropriately night-time-ish, I think, but most "day" dresses are too casual. And surely I shouldn't wear something sleeveless in January? Or should I wear a cardigan/bolero? Help!
