I really like "Once upon a time...". ^.^ You could also title it "Mr. & Mrs. ______". I know you don't mean it to be about you, but that's what the book's about. You could also call it "Guest Book" or "Our Guest Book", or "Warm Wishes" (if you want to expand on that "Warm Wishes from Friends and Family").
My faves are "Once upon a time..." and "Warm Wishes". =)
Or "Fully Engaged"

I probably wouldn't refer to engagement, because the book is going to be a guest book for your wedding, and more of a wedding keepsake than an engagement one. I can't think of any original ideas, but I second "Warm Wishes"!
You may just want to put "Our Guests" and then your names and wedding date. That way if it is on a book shelf you know exactly what it is.
why not just:

You could have it spread out down the length of the spine.
Or
"Love and wishes for the Mr. & Mrs."

Our photographer is putting together a wedding guest book with our engagement photos in it. I have to tell him what I want on the spine of the guest book but I cannot think of a thing....
as of right now we have 'Our Engagement', which is something I dont what because I dont want the book being about 'US' I want the book to be about our guests since this is something they will write in for us and we will keep forever.
Help please ladies!
