I just used Excel and then did a Mail Merge in Word to print the envelopes.
My invitation designer does the envelope printing, but she also does it from Excel. (I am typing them in tonight!)
The Knot is great for tracking your guest list and all associated (gifts, thank yous, etc) and it will let you export your guest list to Excel.
Good Luck!

okay, so our wedding is in october, and fi is just now starting the guest list (cause mil wont do it).
my question for you is: is there a program you can use to type all the names (addresses) so you can print mailing labels too? or do you have to do one by one?
