For all you married bees who had a sign/note card with directions for guests to upload photos... did guests actually upload any?  Or did you get most guest photos off of facebook?  I feel like we might have a lot of older guests (relatives and parents' friends) who aren't on facebook, but then maybe they won't know "how" to upload photos?  I'm just curious as to whether or not it is worth it to have a portal of some sort set up so that guests to upload photos.  Thanks!

Unfortunately NONE of our guests uploaded to our photo site! I got a lot from facebook that people posted but I know there are guests out there who do not use facebook and they still havent uploaded!! Im actually irritated about this because I made uploading cards and had them in all the OOT bags! I am going to send an email to all our guests asking them to upload or email them to me!

Our wedding isn't for another 2 1/2 weeks, but I made cards for our iRave account and plan to have them all over the wedding - plus I'll be slipping them into Thank You notes if we don't get as many pictures as I want! :) Bratty? Maybe. Effective? Hopefully!

ps - iRave is free and I did the cards on vistaprint and only paid $3 in shipping, they were free too. :) So even if we don't get a lot of response, it's only $3 and about an hour of my time invested. :)

I was just thinking about putting them in thank you notes.  I don't think it is bratty at all (I know I wouldn't think that if I got one).  Thanks for the tips!

I put the info/instructions to upload in the thankyou notes. Only 1 person that is not in my immediate family uploaded pictures. It is upsetting.
