Weddingbee boards

We're going to try to encourage as many of our guests as possible to take advantage of our block of hotel rooms a) because we're having an open bar and we want our guests to be able to party like we know they'll want to and b) so we can enjoy a killer hotel party with them afterwards.

 So, it seems only right to provide a shuttle to get them from the hotel to the site and then back again afterwards.  Besides, FH and I need to be able to get back to the hotel, too!  The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the wedding.

 Can anyone recommend a good, budget-friendly charter bus company to work with?  I've reached out to four, and out of the 3 that have provided quotes, they're all around $1100...I'm hoping I can do better than that.

Thanks!  This was very helpful.  I also found what seems to be a cool site: busrates.com, which has a nice feature allowing you to request quotes from many companies by entering your info just once.

Depending where your fesitivites are, you can try Philadelphia Trolley Works.  They have nice charter buses in addition to their cute trolleys.  We hired them for 3 hours for $750.  My wedding is August, so I don't have a review for them, but they were recommended by a friend who used them for her wedding.  She shuttled her guests from her ceremony in CC to Chestnut Hill.
