Bees, I have an old friend who I did not make a BM for several reasons but she expressed interest early on in being the “guestbook attendant” so I gave her that title! However, I had never heard of it before then. We are going a jigsaw puzzle guestbook.
So my questions are: What is her job, realistically? What can I ask her to do?
Secondly, what do I give her as a thank you? Does she get a corsage? I was actually thinking about making up a pin she could wear that says “Guestbook Attendant” so people know! Do you think that is too embarassing or silly?

If you are doing corsages already it won’t Hirt to have a small one made for her. She willmsit at the table or stand at the entrance and greet guests and explain the guest book should anyone ask questions. Some ppl also have their guest book attendant pass out programs or bubbles(or whatever) for later. I did this for a friend because her guest book attendant got sick. All I did was greet guests pretty much. It wasn’t a big deal. If you don’t want to get her a corsages, don’t fret. It’s no biggie. I would have her listed in the program as “guest book attendant”, some sort of acknowledgement.
