    @ivoryowl:  This is a really gorgeous idea and people can sign on the pages where they met you (e.g. since you were born, or pics of in college) bonus points if their picture is actually with you on that page. What a nice way to include everybody as well!

    We had two (I got a bit carried away….groupons are your friend). One with pictues of us growing up and one with pictures of us together (including but not exclusive to engagment pictures. We were especially fortunate because while we didn’t know each other growing up we grew up in the same place, went to the same schools and had many similar experiences. So, we organized the pictures by things we both did which was really fun. I think people enoyed them and I love having them now.

    @ivoryowl:  I don’t actually have any other pictures :(.  They are lines of text. Most of the books I just had very minimal captions, but at the very end of the book about growing up I put in a little timeline or our “love story”, so that’s what those are. I decided not to do lines, because I wanted to have flexibility in length, angle, etc. and if they didn’t get filled in. Let me know if you have any other questions!

    I did a photobook of us throughout the relationship.  A little journey of our relationship book.

    @ivoryowl:  Ooh, that’s a good idea, I like that!

    Our whole first book is full of unprofessional photos (except for a few family or senior shots) and I think it was pretty cute. It was really fun to have paralell pictures and I think that helped add cohearancy. Even though you probably had some different experiences there are many that a lot of kids have (mcdonalds play pen, dressed up as pumpkin’s for halloween, taking baths as babys). A large portion of our other book is unprofessional photos as well. I organized them by experience (beach trip, camping trip playing in snow) and could “decorate” the pages with matching color schemes, which also added I think.

     @ivoryowl: Sorry its a little small, its the full book page layout screenshot from Shutterfly, but you can sort of get an idea of of the picture layout.  None of them were professional pictures, and I think it turned out fine.  As long as it’s all or nothing and consistant it’ll work.

    Here’s a few of the pages a lil larger.

    And I had a pic of the ring box with our proposal story since this is a keepsake book for us and if anyone wanted to read about it
