Any of you working out towards a “wedding body”?? I’ve been wanting to get in shape for ages (and have had spurts of super motivated gym/healthy eating weeks, and then after 8 weeks and 15 pounds off I usually get busy or unmotivated and slack off).. I’m definitely using my wedding as a motivator to get back to the gym more! Still having a hard time motivating myself (in between jobs, classes, volunteer time, and wedding planning) but my Fiance is reminding me every day, and trying to go with me every other day.. And one of my Bridesmaid or Best Man will text me motivational stuff whenever she remembers (IF she remembers!)
I’d love to chat with those of you who are on the same page, and maybe we can motivate each other!!
I intend to use elipticals and/or jog every day.. I’ll do real toning and/or machines every other day..
