Lol @ the title. Looks so familiar lol. How about maybe telling them how you want it like all up, all down, half up ha,f down, etc and letting them decide. Im letting my girls decide on their own hair.. the only thing I actually chose is their dresses which are convertible so they can wear them any way they want, and the shoes. Thats it though.
Why don't you let them choose and just decide if they should have a updo or wear their hair down. Thats what I have to do since I myself have many cultures in one wedding party. I think they KNOW not to come looking crazy(i hope)! lol.

@Soon2BeMrsPea: I agree with telling them how you would like their hair. I am very picky about my hair and will not allow anyone else to do my hair but my stylist. Also, I am picky about hair styles, I usually flat iron it silky straight and would not want to change it.
this style is pretty easy to add a couple tracks to without looking like a big drag queen mess!
