My dress was custom through Paloma Blanca. I ordered it from a bridal salon near my house. The consultant put me in the original dress and then put another dress over it with the bodice tucked down so I could get an idea if I liked the look. The custom change was about $500 more on top of the cost of the dress. The consultant made notations on the order and didn’t send any pictures to the designer. She did call to verify the changes were possible before she had me try on both dresses.

Im in the process of getting a custom dress from jasminesbridalshop.com

super involved in the process, if they cant tell what the picture is trying to show or an explanatin theyll ask for more! Can be a little frustrating but i know its necessary to clarify certain things. I actually ended up drawing out my veil because my descriptions werent working lol

My dress will be under 600 with designer grade fabric and the beaded veil will be 250 no pic of the actual thing yet cuz it hasnt even started lol still waiting to get my bill so i can pay my deposit! But here are my inspiration and veil sketch. The dress will have a different fabric, sash and back though

@ForeverBirds:  thats inexpensive for a veil of this magnitude lol i tried on the monique lhuillier candy with matching veil, which had less beadwork, the veil was just over 2k. So im pleased with $250 lol

Jasmines is the more expensive, but better quality replica place. Dressilyme also gets a good bit of attention, but i was not happy with a dress i had comissioned from them. They are also very selective in what they will or wont do, jasmines will replicate almost anything.

http://www.weddingdressfantasy.com/ the site I posted is where I’m getting my dress. Tova can recreate any dress or even create what you want. The dress I fell in love with is a Lena Hoschek 2013 black and white wedding dress from Austria. It costs over 4,000. WDF said they would create it for 1,450. She gives free quotes. Very informative. Has a facebook and youtube account, so you can see the process and design of the dresses. Here’s the dress she’s recreating.

@ForeverBirds:  its the beading. The tulle is rather cheap, but im having it embroidered with beading on top which i can imagine will be time consuming lol. bridal store veils (even davids) will be in the 100++++++++ range, so i really recommend getting one online, or even making your own if you feel ok doing it. The basic veil is super simple and inexpensive to make.

@MrsPaulsBabyBallerina:  LOVE your gown – that is so great that they were willing and able to customize for you.

@dv3849:  Are you having Jasmine’s replicate the dress as is or are you making any changes to it? And please tell me if I’m being nosey but I’m contemplating on having them make a reception dress, so I’m curious as to whether you got designer grade craftsmanship for your dress?

@mreject:  Omg I can’t wait to see your gown – the inspiration for it looks so cool!

@Miss Circe:  im doing premium designer/designer. Its a complicated enough dress, i think it warrants the upgrades lol.

@ForeverBirds:  Thank you! I dunno if you’re offbeat or not. I would suggest checking weddingdressfantasy.com out. They have anything from white fromal to alternative offbeat wedding dresses. I think dresses start at 600, I wanna say.
