What kind of test are you using?  The First Response Early Response is most accurate, especially if you’re testing before you’ve missed a period.  Remember, some ladies still get negatives until days after they missed a period.  It’s very unlikely to get a false-positive and way more likely to get a negative when it should actually be a positive so I’d test again with First Response.

Hard to say without seeing the tests or knowing more info. Test again tomorrow morning right when you wake up. If you forget, try to hold your pee for at least 4 or 5 hours before testing. And I agree with @MadTownGirl:  you need to use the First Response Early Response test for most accuracy.

Evap line perhaps?

Evap line (if you let the test sit too long before the squinter showed up) or chemical pregnancy perhaps.

How long did your first test (last night) sit before you saw the 2 lines? Was it within the 10 minutes recommended, or after that?

@eecuadrado:  Hmmm, that is confusing.  I’m sorry.  Like MrsWBS said, it may be evap lines.  How long after you took the test did you see the second line?

@eecuadrado:  For most tests, the window is 5-10 minutes to see a line. If it was beyond then, it was an evap line and not a positive result.

A chemical pregnancy is a very early miscarriage. If you test before a missed period, you will get a positive reuslt.  Mnay people who have chemcial pregnancies don’t realize it if they don’t test early, since they just think it’s their period
