Hi Theme Bees!
I had my first freak out today relating to my theme, which is more of a inspiration. Our inspiration is the Vera Bradley pattern “Poppy Fields” and I learned it is slowly being reitred. I frantically started looking for items with the pattern on it and spent about $80 today because I was so worried. Jeesh. Anybody got any bright (and cheap) ideas about how I can incorperate this into my wedding decor? Pics and really any hints would be fabulous right now! Thanks!
PS. Here is what the pattern looks like:

I’m going to need a bit more information. What exactly did you by? Did you buy actualy pieces or just the fabric?

First of all, I love the pattern. Second, I did the same thing. Found a table runner that I loved the pattern of and then I bought everything I could find in that pattern as it was also discontinued. That has been my inspiration for everything as I’ve been planning, and I think it has really helped me come up with a cohesive look.
What kind of things did you buy? With mine, I bought table runners and a ton of cloth napkins, so I’m going to use the napkins on the cake table, seating card table and pretty much anywhere my planner can find a spot for them on the day of.

I bought 4 medium sized pieces of the fabric and 2 clutches for my Bmaids.

Use the clutches in place of the BM bouquets.

Ahh ok. Well, you can use the fabric in lots of ways!
-Use it to cover your card box
-Stick it on some cork board (or any sort of board) and hang your escort cards from it
-Use it to wrap up your bouquet
-Use it as a table cloth or runner on your cake table
-Make a cover for your guest book
-If you’re having a ring bearer, you could use the fabric to make a pillow for the rings
-Make a fabric picture frame and put it by your gifts, escort cards, guest book, bar, etc.
-Wrap a tin, box, or vase in the fabric and put flowers or whatever in it

There are some great ideas here! You could also:
-make a bunting for the ceremony or reception
-cover wood initials or monogram in the fabric and use the to decorate the guest book or cake table
-cut numbers out of thfabric, frame the and use for your table numbers
