For those of you who have read my vents on house shopping, we put in an offer and it actualy got accepted. 4th times a charm!

FI is arranging the inspections so if all goes well we will be home owners!The house is in perfect condition, just needs some cosmetic updates (no problem when marrying a contractor). And it's in a great neighborhood and has a huge yard for our dog, and not far from my mom hehe.

Thanks for all the kind words they helped me keep my hopes up over the past couple of months.

YAY! Oh my gosh, that's so exciting! We put out first offer on a house last night and beat the 1st offer that was on it, but learned today there was a 2nd placed but we don't know what the offer was....

So, now we're waiting......

So.... I completely am beyond excited for you that an offer was accepted!  Woohoo!

Yay! Congrats :) I hope the inspection goes well!

We're moving into our house next Friday!!
