My friend from California was coming to my wedding and was going to do my hair and makeup, but called away on another project and won't be able to make the wedding. Can anyone recommend a REALLY good person who is affordable?

I'm not sure what you would consider affordable. My girls and I got our makeup and hair done at His or Hers Salon in Midlothian. Together it was like $90-100. Casey did my hair and makeup and she was awesome!
