Sarah, who runs this wedding planning business is a former Miss South Carolina and also grew up in Charlotte. I figure who better to ask about makeup and hair than a beauty queen right? She's based out of Myrtle Beach but I'm sure knows about who to call in Charlotte. If you message her, I bet she wouldn't mind telling you. I was going to use her when I was planning my wedding.
