Where are you ladies having your hair and makeup done?  I am not sure if I am going to have a trial (cost and distance!), so I am hoping for some good recommendations.  I was thinking Indigo or Stephen and Burns, any thoughts?

I'm also looking for someone for hair and make up.  I need someone for October.  When are you looking for? 

I get my hair done a Indigo and I love it. There is also Cynthia's Spa. I know nothing about it and it looks a little tacky (based only on website) but they offer good packages. My wedding is not until next May but if I go local I'm pretty sure I'll use Idigo.

I remembered your post, and I originally called Stephen and Burns and they were pretty rude to me on the phone.  They wanted all sorts of money up front, and generally left me with a bad taste.  I thought about it for a day, and then ended up calling the salon where I used to get my hair cut, Urban Salon Team.  They were really accomodating, and coincidentally made my appointment with the same person who used to cut my hair 6 years ago!  I had my trial in late July and it was perfect.  The one caveat is that they don't do makeup there- you have to find a makeup artist elsewhere and they will allow them to work in the salon.
