Get back to your stylist STAT. She needs to fix it and she needs to fix it for free!
I would say add more low lights, rather than dying and re-highlighting. That way you can go little by little if need be, without totally frying it, until it's right.
Then invest in some really good leave in conditioner.

Okay, calling it a hair emergency might be a little dramatic, but here's what happened...
I have naturally light brown hair that lightens up a TON in the summer. I love the look of the natural highlights I get from the sun, and wanted that look for my wedding day. After summer, when my hair starts to grow out I always have darker roots, so since last September I've been getting subtle, carmel highlights at the salon to match my natural ones. Well, yesterday I went in to a new salon (I've moved) for a full head of highlights, and let me tell you, it is BRIGHT! I feel like it looks SO unnatural because the highlights are SO much lighter than my natural haircolor. It doesn't look bad if that is what I'd been going for, but it is bright, bright, bright and too "streaky" for my taste.
My stylist noticed right away it was much lighter than they expected, so they put toner over it to tone it down a bit. So now its not as white as it looked at first, but still much lighter than I anticipated. I just don't want to look unnatural on my wedding day (in 3 months). What can I do? Can I go and have my whole head dyed brown? Then redo highlights elsewhere? I don't want to kill my hair and thats a LOT of dye in a short period of time! What do you bees suggest?
