She probably means an alligator clip. Pretty sure you can buy them at any craft store. Just a word of caution though, I have had a few friends wear real flowers in their hair and they had a few issues with it. With some, the petals fell off....from all of the moving around during the reception...another friend's yellowed over the course of the night, etc. I was planning on wearing real flowers too, until I talked to my friends and they suggested using a hair clip with silk flowers...so that's what I decided to do. Just wanted to share that with you! I'm sure your hair will end up looking beautiful no matter what type of flowers you go with! Good luck with finding the clip :)
@MayBee Thanks for the heads up and the advice about the alligator clip! I think I will have a silk back up at the ready just in case the real flowers wuss out after the ceremony.

So, my florist is going to put together live flowers for my hair (yay!) and she asked me to send her the hair clip some time before the wedding.
Here's the trouble: I have no idea what kind of clip a florist might need/want.
I'm not having a hair trial, so I can't ask my stylist. Any ideas?
